We manage two secure-access apartment complexes: Arlington Towne Apartments and Riverview Terrace, with units ranging from 0 to 2 bedrooms. Each complex offers a pay-per-use laundry facility and elevators for easy accessibility. Residents can also enjoy a shared common area with kitchen amenities.

Additionally, residents can take advantage of our discounted cable and internet package. Every apartment is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a stove and refrigerator.

Our duplexes, quadplexes, and single-family homes offer 1 to 4 bedroom units, each equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and carpeted flooring, along with washer/dryer hook-ups. Most of our duplexes and quadplexes will feature a full basement, while our single-family homes feature a storage shed for additional space.

Located throughout the City of Sault Ste. Marie, MI, our scattered-site properties are conveniently located near shops, schools, and playgrounds. They also offer ample parking and spacious yard areas.
