Our apartment complexes are secured access buildings that offer a pay-per-use community washer/dryer area, elevators, and a designated common area with kitchen facilities. We also offer a cable/internet package at a reduced rate. Each apartment includes a stove and refrigerator. 

Our senior duplex/quadplex units are ground level. They are equipped with a stove, refrigerator, cut-out tub, and availability for washer/dryer hook-ups. Lawn and driveway care are provided. 

Individuals must be 62 years of age and above or disabled to qualify for senior housing. Near elderly (50-62 years) and single individuals will also qualify.

Our family units are comprised of 1-4 bedrooms that include a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and carpet flooring. Each unit has washer/dryer hook-ups. Our duplexes offer a full basement and our single-family homes offer a storage shed. 

Conveniently located to nearby schools, playgrounds, and parks, these units also include spacious parking spaces and yard areas. All tenants in family units are responsible for maintaining their lawns and driveways during all seasons. 

A family consists of two or more persons related by blood, marriage, operation of the law, or can exhibit a stable family relationship. Applicants must qualify as a family to be placed in family housing.
